Ap: U.S. Urges No Journey To Cuba, Cuts Embassy Team Of Workers

The embassy in Havana will lose roughly 60 percent of its U.S. staff, and will stop processing visas in Cuba indefinitely, the American officials said.
The officials say the U.S. is ordering all nonessential staff in the embassy in Havana to leave, along with all family members.
Already, staffing at the embassy in Havana was at lower-than-usual levels due to recent hurricanes that have whipped through Cuba.
The United States notified Cuba of the moves early Friday via its embassy in Washington.
