Fantasy football waiver wire: Best quarterbacks available in Week 11

With the holiday season right nearby, the fantasy football season approaches its stretch run as owners make your final push towards the playoffs. That is also the final week we must worry about byes, but the waiver cable will remain an important factor.

Week 10 was another reminder of how thin the quarterback pool area is this season, and if that’s not enough, even the backups are actually starting to get hurt. Brett Hundley pulled his hamstring, while Jacoby Brissett and Drew Stanton had been hobbling all over the field. Things will get seriously hairy if we must watch the third-stringers on some of those teams.

This week’s bye teams are the Carolina Panthers, Indianapolis Colts, NY Jets, and SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA 49ers. Cam Newton is actually the just fantasy-relevant quarterback owners will miss, but Josh McCown, Brissett, and C.J. Beathard happen to be off the table as streaming options.

Once more, let’s dive found in with a look at the best waiver cable quarterbacks, owned in 50 percent or perhaps less of Yahoo! typical leagues.

Blake Bortles, Jacksonville Jaguars (31 percent)

Despite having Leonard Fournette back in the lineup, the Jaguars dialed up a pass-happy gameplan with Bortles, who threw 51 passes within their overtime win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Bortles almost got through the game clean, but he threw two horrible interceptions close to the end of the fourth quarter that should’ve dropped the game. He finished with 273 yards and a touchdown to go along with those picks. Bortles is mostly upon this list because he includes a wonderful matchup with the Cleveland Browns subsequent.

Jay Cutler, Miami Dolphins (17 percent)

Cutler had his very best performance of the season last week, shredding the Oakland Raiders security for 311 yards and three touchdowns on 34-of-42 passing. Obtaining DeVante Parker back from injury surely helped, but the Dolphins are evidently planning to throw more regularly after trading aside Jay Ajayi. Miami’s offense has been stuck in the mud for the majority of the year, but they have a good bounce-back matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Cutler will get on the QB2 map this week.

Circumstance Keenum, Minnesota Vikings (16 percent)

Teddy Bridgewater is back again, but the Vikings are keeping Keenum for the present time after a tremendous Week 10. He had little trouble picking apart Washington’s security, throwing four touchdown passes and putting up 304 yards. The lone blemish was a pair of interceptions that permit Washington talk about a mini-comeback, but the Vikings placed them at arm’s range and secured the gain. Playing the best soccer of his NFL job right now, Keenum will probably be worth considering as a streamer even with the Los Angeles Rams supplying a tough matchup.

Honorable mentions: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Joe Flacco, Teddy Bridgewater, Jimmy Garoppolo
