US sanctions cannot succeed, says Rostec CEO Sergey Chemezov

A good close ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin has said U.S. sanctions against him and the state-owned firm he heads cannot do well.

Sergey Chemezov is leader of Rostec, a Russian talk about corporation established in late 2007 to market and export items for civil and security sectors.The firm employs 453,000 people and in 2016 reported a revenue of $18.9 billion.

Chemezov was first barred by the National government from entering america found in 2014. Rostec itself was also at the mercy of U.S. sanctions following Russia’s invasion of eastern Ukraine.

Speaking by Dubai Airshow on Mon, the CEO stated his firm happens to be entered in contracts with governments and that designed that the U.S. would will have to impose sanctions against all countries with which the company dealt with.

Chemezov added that representation at the World Trade Company (WTO) was benefiting america at Russia’s expense.
